Yan Yu
Ms. Yu has impeccable experience in diverse industries, including
construction, mining, retail and international trade. She holds a law
degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and has extraordinary experience in Zimbabwe - China relations. She is an architect who holds a bachelors degree in engineering and accounting and has outstanding
experience in infrastructure projects and high value construction.

Aleck Chimhofu
Aleck Chimhofu is a legal practitioner, and conveyancer. He holds an LLB
(Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe. He is currently studying towards Master of Laws in Land and Natural Resources Law (LMLNR) at the University of Zimbabwe. He sits in Lady Enereta International High School Board of Governors.
He has helped several clients in an advisory capacity. He believes that the
true creed of good lawyering is the ability to take clients to legal solutions
as quickly and cheaply as possible. To him, therefore, law should not be
viewed as a narrow and isolated branch, the manifest and application of
which is triggered only when matters of dispute and compliance arise. He
believes, rather, that legal counsel should form part of the day to day
decision making process and its impact on the clients’ business and
development should be proactively and objectively assessed and
analysed. Thus, a sound advice to clients is a step towards achieving clients’ desired goals.
